As a Junior Creative, your work is versatile, as it should be. Creativity, storytelling and content creation will come to you naturally and you will have a strong visual style. If you are also great with words that is a plus. You will be working hand-in-hand with the Creative Director to ideate, conceptualise and bring to life ideas that transform the way customers and other stakeholders interact with brands. 

You’ll likely work on 

Creating 

  • Imagery (photography and graphics) - for social media, email, websites and other digital platforms

  • Copy - including headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines and body copy for campaigns and digital content 

Developing ideas and concepts for; 

  • Integrated campaigns

  • Activations 

  • Visual production - photography, film, graphic design and more

  • Immersive experiences

You’ll be expected to 

  • Work with the creative director and strategists to develop ideas and strategy for projects     

  • Carry out research and create mood boards to guide visual production

  • Ensure visual executions that are both exciting and creatively attractive

  • Understand how visuals fit across different platforms

  • Stay abreast of new media formats and how to incorporate them into campaigns

  • Have an understanding of emerging cultures and popular culture 

  • Pitch concepts to clients and team 

  • Understand how Studio works with other arms 

The requirements

  • An understanding of creative design and layout

  • Working knowledge of design software (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

  • The ability to develop creative and unique ideas

  • The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients

  • The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations

  • Ability to develop visuals for different channels (photography, graphics and more)

  • Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles, with accurate spelling and grammar

  • Fashion, art and lifestyle interest is a plus 

  • An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms

  • A track record of compelling creative work
