Digital Designer

As a digital designer, you will be an interactive designer with an eye for detail. A solid UX thinker and visual storyteller passionate about user interfaces, branding, prototyping, platform design and more. You will be part of the design process from strategy and concepting to design and delivery.

You’ll likely work on 

Variety of projects, including;

  • Website design

  • User experience and interface design (web, app and more)

  • Product design 

  • Interactive spaces (leveraging tech)

  • Other elements of visual design in this space 

You’ll be expected to 

  • Understand the client’s business, user needs, issues, opportunities and user behaviours in order to develop viable solutions

  • Design websites, apps, and a variety of other digital interactive experience with the customer at the centre  

  • Forging ideas through narratives, prototyping to build-ready assets

  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of visual concepts and push the fidelity of final output 

  • Work closely with other teams and arms to develop winning solutions 

  • Work at the cutting edge of new technology you will be expected to grasp changes in technical innovation across multiple platforms.

The requirements

  • Great design skills and unique point of view 

  • Prototyping experience

  • Understanding of industry tools and ability to adapt to new technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, PHP, MySQL, HTML Coding, CSS)

  • Familiarity with popular website builder platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix) is a plus

  • Ability to solve problems through design 

  • An open mind and curiosity 

  • Agency experience is a plus 

  • An awareness of current trends in design

  • A self-starting attitude and an open outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly collaborative
