As a Strategist with the Studio team, you will be a self-starter, owning and managing projects from start to finish. We want people who aren't scared to experiment and are happy to fill the blank sheets with ideas. You will work closely with clients to create and improve their marketing, brand and customer experience approach. Primary area of capabilities includes; Consumer Insight & Strategy, Brand Development, Communications & Media, Campaigns and Digital Experience. We want a strategist who sees CX as key to realising top-level organisational goals.
You’ll likely work on
Identifying specific problems and challenges on a given project with the client
Auditing clients current marketing approach and opportunities for improvement
Researching markets, demographics, trends and working with data analysts to incorporate customer, campaign and web analytics into decision making for clients
Creating reports with findings and analysis
Drawing up brand, positioning and targeting strategies
Defining customer personas and customer journeys
Effective campaign, integrated communications and media strategy and planning, within the clients budget
Creating briefs for the Studio team to ensure execution is in line with client expectations
Contributing to clients creative strategy with the Studio team
Setting benchmarks and methods to track marketing performance over time
You’ll be expected to
Manage Projects
From brief through to completion
Collaborate with other teams (data analysts, designers, creatives) to flawlessly execute client deliverables
Organise and manage specialists and sub-contractors working on projects (internal and external)
Manage Client Expectations
Become a trusted partner for clients and help to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
Disseminate necessary documents to clients
Present strategy and plans to clients
Contribute to Business Development
Identify new business opportunities
The requirements
Strong interest in brand, marketing, communications and digital experience. Agency experience is a plus
Strategic but also creative
An understanding of all areas of the marketing mix
Interested in consumer dynamics, business dynamics and the changing media and digital landscape
Project management skills
Ability to lead a team but also work well in a team
Confident in structuring ideas and solutions but also communicating them effectively
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
University degree - preferably Business, Marketing, Advertising or evidence of grasp of key concepts
